Sound Off is a publication of the Military Counseling Network (MCN). It is a platform for people to tell their stories and relate their opinions in this time of war and political uncertainty. Submissions that deal with the War in Iraq, Americans at home and abroad, and European-US relations are welcome. Submissions from soldiers and their families are especially welcome. The PDFs can be downloaded and distributed freely, but can not be changed in any way.
